We strongly recommend you do not share your account.
Account sharing compromises our ability to investigate several issues, including hacked accounts, missing items, and harassment or inappropriate behavior (which can lead to temporary or permanent bans). It is also against our Terms of Service.
“C. … Your Password is to be kept confidential at all times and you are solely responsible for the security of your Password and your account. You may not disclose your Password to anyone, or allow your Password to be used by any one beside yourself or your one (1) minor child to play GamesCampus games. Any damage or harm that may result to your account, or to GamesCampus games, due to lost or deleted characters or lost or deleted items within the account due to your disclosure of your Password, or due to the discovery of your Password by a third party, is your sole responsibility…. “
If we find that your account has been shared, we will not assist you with item recovery. We will also not reverse any bans which occured while someone else was using your account.
Shared accounts will be disqualified from all events and will not receive customer support regarding password resets and item restorals.
This includes the following:
- No item restoral if your account gets hacked, if your friend steals your items, or if the items magically disappear.
- No password resets (ex. Fireguard, storage, etc).
- If two of the account players fight over the account and claim that the account belongs to them, the account will stay permanently banned.
- Bans which occured while someone else was using your account will not be reversed.
You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
